AI. File--New--Preset: HDV 1080 25--Frame Rate: 25--Duration: Depend--OK

Split each different part into different layers.

AE. Move the Anchor Point by using the Pan Behind Tool before starting to adjust any transformation.

Set Motion Blur to make the movement looks nicer.

CTRL+I (Import)--Files--Import as COMPOSITION--OK.

After import the needed file, drag it into a new composition.

Adjust and arrange the layers by using transforms skill. 

For example: Position, Scale, Rotation, Opacity and etc.
